We're proud to be home to our nationally award-winning Competition Teams.
Our Competition Teams are made up of a dancer’s of all ages who are committed to a higher level of dance training. Our dance company competes at several different conventions and competitions both locally and out of state throughout the season. The Elite Dance Company has some of the best technical dancers and movers in the Los Angeles Area! We pride ourselves on the technical based training they receive.
Only a small percentage of the dancers in our Competitive Program will move on to professional dance careers; therefore, the program focuses on educating young people to strive for their personal best in anything they want to accomplish. The Elite Dance Company is made up of dancers that combine athleticism, artistry, discipline, and team work together for the ultimate dance experience. This is perfect for dancers who is fully committed to dance and wants to take their skills to the next level. Our company dancers train 10-15 hours weekly with additional rehearsals on the weekends. Our dancers work with world renowned choreographers and teachers and attend several convention and competitions each season. All our dancers train in Ballet, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Improvisation, Tap, Acrobatics, Aerial Arts, and more!
The Elite Dance Team is for dancers Beginner/Intermediate level who want to experience the team atmosphere and explore competition but do not want a heavy commitment level. This is perfect for dancers who also want to play a sport or do other activities. Dancers train 5-7 hours a week in all styles of dance. Dancers participate in one convention and two-three competitions each season.
Calling all tiny dancers! The Future Stars is made up of our 4–7-year-old dancers who love to dance and perform. This program combines discipline and fun together to give each dancer the foundation to take their dancing to new heights. This is the building blocks for a strong foundation in dance. Dancers train 3-4 hours a week and attend one convention and two-three competitions each season.
The Elite Hip-Hop team is for dancers who only want to participate in Hip-Hop. Our Hip-Hop team members do merge with both Dance Team and Company based on level. Dancers train 4 hours a week and participate in one convention and two-three competitions each season.
