This class is a combination of deep stretching and body conditioning. The class is heavy in cardio to increase endurance for the dancer. The class includes several arms, abdominal, and leg exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strong muscles are vital for protecting the body and of course improving dance skills! Healthy muscles are important to let you more freely and keep your body strong.

This class incorporates Therabands, tennis balls, foot stretchers, Stretch bands, ankle weights, and blocks to make the process fun and effective!
